As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, complaints, and support via phone. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls for queries, complaints, or product/service support. Resolve issues efficiently and provide accurate information. Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Meet daily and monthly targets (call volume, resolution, satisfaction, etc.). Required Skills: Good communication skills in English.
